helpful staff comfortable beds
i found the location convenient with its proximity to the mall rail and bus station. i appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. they did all they could to. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
the pool was out of action for maintenance it was a slight downside. i was informed of this before arrival. i believe it is important to have all facilities available.

excellent hotel stay
spacious room useful laundry room convenient location
the room was spacious and well equipped it was a comfortable space to relax after a busy day. the hotel laundry room was a great amenity and very useful for my needs. i also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel with its easy access to both restaurants and shops nearby.
the breakfast at the hotel was adequate however it did not quite meet the standard set by other aspects of my stay.

the rooms are generously sized with tasteful decorations with neutral tones and minimalist trims creating a relaxing and aesthetically pleasing environment to enjoy . i found the king size bed to be comfortable offering the right balance of support.

the hotel boasts a very convenient location directly connected to a large shopping complex. it also allows easy access to the train station and the bus station making it easy to travel around the area.

there is a wide selection of quality eateries within a short walking distance of the hotel including several with michelin guide recognition. i found it convenient to have so many options within easy reach.
